Konner Kappelman’s love of food is actually what introduced him to the lighting world, thanks to his involvement with a Championship BBQ team (Splitlog Smokers), which happened to be sponsored by a lighting agency. Through that venture, he decided to turn his job of food into a hobby and instead dove head first into his sales career in the lighting industry. Konner’s loves outside of work are his family, golfing (or trying to), and anything involving food. His favorite thing about the company is that G&G is truly a well oiled machine – from how well the team works together, to how quickly we are able to produce and ship products, to the foresight to mitigate any issues before they arise.
