Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, you will join the organization’s leadership team and oversee the overall sales operations. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales through the leadership, direction and guidance of the sales team. This role will devise and implement our strategies and processes for promoting and effectively selling our unique lighting solutions within harsh environments.
Who will I report to? President
1. Sales Strategy & Process (35%)
• Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement sales plans and participate in the go-to-market and overall sales strategy of the organization
• Develop and maintain a clearly defined sales process and proven way of doing business with our customers
• Refine and train our sales messaging and delivery throughout the team
• Define and continuously improve our processes for CRM tool utilization and effectiveness
• Create standards and whys to our sales approach
2. Sales Leadership & Direction (45%)
• Manage, direct and effectively lead the sales team
• Provide sales strategy guidance and clarity to the team, keep them winning and focused
• Create effective, realistic and motivating sales quotas and objectives at both the team and individual levels
• Monitor, analyze and report on sales performance, key metrics and KPIs and recommend strategies to improve team effectiveness
• Lead the engagement and participation in weekly team meetings (L10s) and perform consistent, effective one-on-ones with direct reports
3. Product Expertise & Marketing Collaboration (20%)
• Provide critical customer and market feedback to product marketing on product performance, pricing and competition status
• Collaborate with product marketing to define and develop effective sales tools
• Help to remove sales team barriers and effectively solve the team’s issues
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other related sales and customer functions
• Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to and trusted source for team members
• Accurately convey the key differentiating features of our products and services from our competition

Success in this role will be achieved through revenue growth through both new and existing customers through the effective leadership, direction and guidance of the sales team.

Key Account Manager
As Key Account Manager, you will join the organization as a pivotal member of our sales team and be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key partners as well as closing new business with high potential targets. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our business, products and industry. The Key Account Manager will work closely with sales and marketing leadership and executives to develop and execute effective key account management and sales plans.

What roles am I accountable for?
1. Account Management of Key Accounts (50%)
• Develop a strong understanding of customer business objectives and ensure strategic partners are well positioned to meet their goals
• Maintain consistent and value-add contact with customers to ensure and strengthen long-term relationships
• Analyze customer requirements, develop and recommend solutions to problems, and effectively communicate our value propositions
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline on assigned key accounts to track and drive progress towards growth objectives
• Implement structured and consistent communication framework to ensure internal stakeholders and leadership has up-to-date visibility into account status, opportunities and corrective actions as needed
• Communicate effectively and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure customer success
2. Strategic Sales & Presentations (35%)
• Create, develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve new business and the development of new strategic partnerships
• Build and strengthen assigned strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute training sessions to ensure our partners are well aligned on our value propositions and help them effectively sell our products

Product Support Specialist
As Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert product support to our customers and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving product issues, collaborating with internal teams to optimize our support processes, and building strong relationships with our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a positive impact on the relationships we have with our customers.
Who will I report to? VP of Engineering
1. Technical Product Support (40%)
• Answer inbound inquiries via phone and email related to technical aspects of all G&G products
• Work with customers to troubleshoot product issues in the field
• Execution of field troubleshooting process to determine if issues require product replacement
• Initiate RMA process for replacement of defective products as required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product troubleshooting guides, procedures and best practices
• Raise new or unique product issues with the engineering team for consideration in new projects
2. Warranty Management (30%)
• Manage claim entry process including warranty database entry and
• Coordinate with customer to return of suspect or defective hardware
• Coordinate with internal team to process orders for replacement of defective hardware
• In collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, support technical evaluations for returned hardware as required
• Raise any observed warranty trends to engineering team for consideration in new projects
3. ColorWash Configuration and Commissioning – (30%)
• Generate all configuration files required production and configuration of ColorWash control systems
• Provide pre-installation / post-installation consults for ColorWash control systems
• Capture customer feedback on product functionality / performance & provide input to product development on improvement opportunities
What does success in this role look like?
Success in this role would be achieved by turning a customer's negative experience with a G&G product into a relationship strengthening event by exceeding their expectations of our product support process.

Director of Manufacturing Operations
The Director of Manufacturing Operations will join G&G’s leadership team and lead the organization’s manufacturing operations providing manufacturing expertise and operations vision for the company. This includes leading all manufacturing processes and quality improvement initiatives as well as optimizing supply chain and procurement.
Key Accountabilities:
Manufacturing Operations Leadership, Leadership & Team G&G, Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing Process and Vendor Quality, ISO initiatives.
- Provide overall leadership to the operations team
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive the organization’s long-term missions and goals
- Identify ways to support this mission through manufacturing operations initiatives
- Lead, manage and hold the operations accountable for achieving agree-upon commitments.
- Recruit, develop, and support operations leaders and operations team members.
- Develop operational metrics and hold the operations team accountable
- Act as the operations culture champion cascading organization’s core values and strong operational qualities (safety, lean, continuous improvement)
- Lead and drive Toyota Supply Support Center (TSSC) lean transformation throughout operations as the company champion
- Lead the identification and implementation of tools and technology to improve efficiency and support growth.
- Ensures a healthy and safe work environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health and safety agencies.
- Works with Finance to develop and lead the Operations budget
- Plans and manages the physical plant layout to optimize efficiency.
- Oversees the maintenance and management of plant equipment purchases
- Oversees and manages the supply chain and procurement team
- Strengthens and builds upon key vendor relationships
- Collaborate with sales team to strategically forecast inventory needs and develop long-term supply chain strategies.
- Create initiatives to minimize inventory levels as a key component of the lean transformation
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality manufacturing systems and processes and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead ISO compliance, recertification initiatives
- Develop processes that ensure consistent and high vendor quality
- Strong contributing leader on the executive leadership team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field required, Master of Business Administration desirable
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Director of Operations (or similar) in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading a manufacturing company through high growth
- Experience as a lead decision maker in the implementation of manufacturing processes
- Strong overall operational understanding in a manufacturing environment
- Lean or Toyota Production Systems experience preferred
- Strong analytical, innovative, and critical thinking skills

- Proven track record of clear communications with senior leadership and across cross-functional teams

Assembly / Production Associate
We are currently seeking a Production Assembly Associate to join our team. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys working with their hands, excels in the details, and has an upbeat, positive attitude.
Responsibilities Overview:
• Assemble LED fixtures in accordance with current manufacturing practices
• Plan and coordinate work to meet production and schedule requirements
• Maintain clean and organized production equipment and work areas
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
• Interpret and build from work instructions and engineering drawings
• Work on both team and individual tasks
• Maintain inventory of certain job materials
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
