Vice President of Car Wash Sales
The Vice President of Sales, Car Wash, role is an executive leadership position, offering a unique opportunity to proactively direct our car wash business unit while significantly contributing to the development and execution of the company’s strategic direction. The vice president will join a growing company and a fast-paced, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial culture.
This vice president will be responsible for the company’s car wash channel sales, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships. This VP will lead and build our car wash sales team, negotiate major deals, attend trade shows and events, collaborate with marketing, and strategize new product offerings.
Key Accountabilities:
Leadership & Team G&G: Lead the sales team and serve as key member of the G&G leadership team.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic direction
- Develop, mentor, and build our car wash sales team
- Lead, manage, and hold the car wash sales team accountable
- Foster a positive working environment in alignment with company core values
Sales Strategy: Proactively develop our car wash sales strategy to double sales over the next 3 years.
- Create and execute our car wash business unit strategy
- Build and strengthen our strategic partnerships
- Create sales plans for OEM, distributor, and end-user channels
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, collateral, and trade shows
- Develop and monitor car wash sales KPI’s
- Build distributor/OEM training and incentive programs
- Collaborate with product team on new product strategy and deliver VOC
- Forecast product sales using tools, trends, insights, and knowledge
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations on new product introductions
Selling: Represent G&G in the market and serve as a key member of the G&G car wash sales team.
- Build and strengthen key OEM, end-user, and distributor relationships
- Lead major negotiations, meetings, presentations, and QBRs
- Strategize new partnerships and joint ventures
- Attend car wash trade shows and events
- Selectively pursue and sell large deals
Sales Tools and Technology: Ensure we are using the latest technology and techniques to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee adoption and use of sales and CRM tools
- Identify and implement new technologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven success as a sales or business unit leader with OEM and distributor experience
- 10+ years’ experience in a sales leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM
- Solid knowledge of sales planning and forecasting
- Results-driven personality

Embedded Software Engineer
The Embedded Software Engineer role is an exciting opportunity to become an influential member of
the G&G engineering team. The team member will report to the Vice President of Engineering and
will drive the organization’s software development initiatives. As a part of our small, tight-knit team,
the candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the engineering process from product
conceptualization to commercialization. This role demands a strong knowledge of embedded
software, well-rounded embedded system experience, and a history of working in a hands-on
environment.
The Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for driving innovation within the company’s
software portfolio. Working closely with our product team, this engineer will design and develop
software for a variety of embedded systems. The candidate’s expertise will be leveraged to continue
to drive new developments in our LED light fixtures and control systems. They will also be expected to
assist with managing and planning all of their assigned engineering initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Team G&G: Serve as a key member of the G&G engineering team.

Embedded Development: Actively develop embedded software to facilitate the addition of new and
innovative features into our products
- Conceptualize and develop embedded software for ARM, PIC, and AVR based embedded
systems - Support development of G&G’s web based software products (HTML, Javascript, NodeJS,
CSS) - Create and maintain software architecture for all products
- Research new techniques and technologies for future designs and applications
- Lead continual improvement projects for all GG software products
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop prototypes/concepts in short periods of
time
Project Management: Acts as the facilitator for all assigned engineering projects while engaging
key team members and external partners to execute projects according to planned timelines
- Act as project manager for all outside software development resources
- Contribute to the continual improvement of our product development proces
- Maintain accurate timelines for active engineering projects
- Integrate with cross functional team of internal and external resources during the
software development process - Support development of product requirement documentation for assigned projects
- Analyze new features requests for feasibility and effort estimates
Testing, Validation, and Quality: Develop and execute testing plans to ensure that G&G’s software
performs according to specifications in both development and production environments
- Create, execute, and document validation plans for software projects
- Act as tech support expert for all products that contain software content
- Create and facilitate software version control and release processes
- Support production team with software and electrical issues as needed
