As the Director of People, Kathleen is responsible for providing leadership and consultative services in all areas of Human Resources with a focus on culture, recruitment & talent management, employee engagement, and retention. She graduated from the State University of Oswego with a BS in Business Administration and has demonstrated expertise is all aspects of HR. Kathy has a passion for creating a highly engaged workforce and providing the needed support to help both employees and businesses thrive. What Kathy loves most about G&G is the energy and excitement everyone brings to their roles, and the importance G&G leaders place on truly taking care of our teammates. Kathy is a “foodie” and loves to cook. When not working, she also enjoys traveling, attempting to golf, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.
