Permanently Sealed, Assembly Free Housing
Unlike its traditional vaportight counterparts, our patented process combines co-polyester and aluminum together, with no seals, gaskets or clips. The result is a chemically welded, single piece enclosure with no removable parts for a simple, assembly free installation.
Compact, Hight Output Design
Engineering around the latest in LED technology to achieve a low-profile 1” design. The end result is a strong, compact luminaire that is installation friendly and packs a punch at up to 10,000 lumens, 20 times the lumen density of a standard vaportight.
Superior Water, Chemical and UV Resistance
A seamless co-polyester housing provides IP65, IP66 and IP67 ingress protection and effectively prevents debris intrusion and build up. Specialized for superior chemical resistance to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh environments. An additional protective coating is available which integrates a UV inhibitor and UV blocker for outdoor applications.
Withstands Extreme Temperatures
Built to perform in ambient temperatures up to 60ºC and as low as -40ºC where many traditional vaportights can not operate below -20º.
Maintenance Free, Driverless Design
Innovative driverless design allows the fixture to connect directly to AC line voltage without a traditional LED driver for extreme reliability and lifetime.
