Caryn LaFleche heads up our Human Resources programs and drives culture & employee engagement, recruits & hires, on-boards new hires, manages benefit programs and gets us up to speed on HR legislation. Caryn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from LeMoyne College and a master’s in business administration from SUNY at Albany. What she likes about G&G is the positive vibe she gets from working with the team in developing their career plans. When she’s not working, Caryn is an avid reader and enjoys skiing, hiking, playing pickleball and cheering on her hometown team, the Buffalo Bills.
